Terms and Conditions – Spinoy Online Gaming Platform Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Spinoy platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any other means of access — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Spinoy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Spinoy platform. Continued use of Spinoy after any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use Spinoy. This requirement is non-negotiable and is consistent with Philippine gaming regulations. Spinoy reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 21, their account will be permanently closed and any winnings will be voided.

Geographic Eligibility

Spinoy is intended for use by players residing in the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from the Philippines and that online gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction. Spinoy will not be responsible for any legal consequences arising from a player accessing the platform from a restricted location.

Registration Requirements

When creating a Spinoy account, you must provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID
• A valid email address that you own and actively use
• A valid Philippine mobile number
• Your date of birth
• A secure password chosen by you

All information provided must be accurate and current. You are required to update your registration details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one Spinoy account. This includes accounts opened under different names, email addresses, or payment methods. If multiple accounts are detected, Spinoy reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual and forfeit any balances or bonuses held within them.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Spinoy login credentials. Sharing your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person — even a family member — is prohibited and you will remain liable for all activity conducted from your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact Spinoy's support team immediately at support@spinoy.best. Spinoy will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

You are responsible for ensuring that all bets placed from your account are placed by you personally. You may not allow any other person to use your Spinoy account to place bets, receive bonuses, or conduct any transactions.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

Spinoy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine pesos (₱) through the following local payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard.

Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may vary depending on the payment channel selected and will be displayed during the transaction process.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours during normal operating days. In certain cases, Spinoy may require additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal — this is a standard security measure. Players who have not completed full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may face delays or restrictions on withdrawals.

Player Funds

Player funds held in Spinoy wallets are segregated from operational funds. Your wallet balance represents real money owed to you and will be available for withdrawal subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements that may be attached to your current balance.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Spinoy offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and the Refer a Friend programme. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of each offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Spinoy reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Spinoy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.

Refer a Friend Programme

The Spinoy Refer a Friend programme allows registered players to earn rewards for introducing new players to the platform. Referred players must complete registration, pass identity verification, and make a qualifying first deposit before the referrer receives any reward. Self-referrals — creating a new account using your own referral link — are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of any rewards and possible account suspension.

Abuse of Bonuses

Spinoy actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting with the intent to clear a bonus without genuine gameplay risk, exploitation of technical errors or system glitches, and collusion between players. Any player found to be abusing Spinoy's bonus system will have their bonuses forfeited and may face account suspension.

6 Betting Rules

Placement of Bets

All bets placed on Spinoy are final once confirmed by the player. A bet is considered confirmed when the system generates a bet confirmation reference number. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after confirmation.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types are correct before confirming. Spinoy is not responsible for bets placed in error — for example, betting on the wrong team, wrong market, or entering an incorrect stake.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within each betting market and may differ by game type, event, and market. Spinoy reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time without prior notice.

Result Disputes

Spinoy settles bets based on official results from licensed operators and sport governing bodies. In the event of a result dispute, Spinoy's decision is final. If a result is subsequently changed by the official governing body after settlement, Spinoy will re-settle affected bets where operationally feasible.

Technical Errors

In the event of a system error, a malfunction, or a technical fault that results in incorrect odds being displayed or bets being settled incorrectly, Spinoy reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings derived from an obvious technical error are not payable.

7 Sabong-Specific Rules

Spinoy streams live sabong bouts from licensed cockpits operating under applicable Philippine regulations. The following rules apply specifically to sabong betting on Spinoy.

• Bets on sabong bouts are only accepted within the designated betting window for each bout. The betting window closes before each bout begins and no bets will be accepted after the window has closed.
• If the live stream for a bout is interrupted before the result is officially declared and the interruption cannot be resolved, the bout will be voided and all stakes returned to players.
• In the event of a "no contest" or "draw" (empate) declared by the official cockpit referee, Draw bets will be settled as winners. Meron and Wala bets will be settled as losers, unless the specific bout's terms state otherwise.
• Spinoy does not influence the outcome of any sabong bout. Results are determined entirely by the cockpit operator and its referee, in accordance with the cockpit's own rules.
• Players must be at least 21 years of age to place bets on sabong, consistent with the general age requirement for all Spinoy products.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Spinoy and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with Spinoy in a manner not intended for normal human use
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the Spinoy platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Money laundering or using Spinoy for any illegal financial activity
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing third parties to create accounts on your behalf
• Using another person's identity or payment details to register or fund an account
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error, bug, or system malfunction to gain an advantage
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Spinoy staff or other players
• Posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal through any communication channel on or related to Spinoy

9 Responsible Gaming

Spinoy is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. The platform recognises that gaming can become problematic for some individuals and has put in place tools and resources to help players stay in control.

Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings to control how much you fund your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from Spinoy for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Bet History: Review your complete betting activity at any time through your account dashboard.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Suspension by Spinoy

Spinoy reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, without prior notice, if it believes that: (a) the player has violated these Terms and Conditions; (b) the player has provided false information during registration; (c) the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your Spinoy account at any time by contacting support@spinoy.best. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus balances and bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be considered dormant. Spinoy will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the player logs back in to reactivate the account.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Spinoy platform — including but not limited to the Spinoy name, logo, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, software, and audio — is the intellectual property of Spinoy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Spinoy content without prior written consent from Spinoy. Unauthorised use of Spinoy's intellectual property may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Spinoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Spinoy's total liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of real funds deposited by you into your Spinoy account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy and Data

Spinoy collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on Spinoy, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Spinoy reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Spinoy will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required due to legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of Spinoy after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using Spinoy and request account closure.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
